Signs and Symptoms of Chronic Gonorrhoea
The following symptoms are common with male:
⦁ Urethra Structure
⦁ Retention of urine
⦁ Chronic prostatitis and abscess
In female
⦁ Salpingitis can lead to infertility.
⦁ Pelvic Infection i.e. pelvic inflammation
Diagnosis
⦁ Bacteriological examination- through urine microscopy
⦁ High vagina swab or smear to find out the aetiological factor
⦁ Culture and Sensitivity for appropriate antibiotics
